Private Sessions

The method, practiced one to one.

Each session follows the four stages of the Living Form method, applied to where you are. The session is led by what the body is doing that day - not a fixed plan.

01Movement

Ashtanga sequence in Mysore style. The teacher reads the body and responds to what it is actually doing.

02Release

Somatic and fascial work on what movement revealed. Slow, guided, hands-on. Body and emotion both.

03Depth

Where psychological material is met and integrated. Brain and body in dialogue. Not every session reaches here.

04Form

Pilates. Structural precision and symmetry built on a body that is no longer compensating.
